an entry room; a kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; a bathroom; an utility room; a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a ecological wood-burning fireplace that can heat the apartment with hot air; a double room with the possibility of adding a cot.
The apartment also has a heating system with radiators in each room.
The garden with a large porch, a table for 12 people and a wood-burning oven/grill, is available to the guests of the apartment.
DOGS AND CATS ARE WELL ACCEPTED.
The owners, on request, can prepare dinners for their guests with products of their garden and olive oil coming from their olive grove and can also serve homemade bread, pizza and focaccia.
