A few kilometers from the old town center of Lucca, there is CASA MONTEZEMOLO, surrounded by a beautiful lawn of 19 000 sqm with swimming pool and solarium.
This old farmhouse has been completely restored by its owners and half of it became CASA MONTEZEMOLO, an apartment arranged over 2 levels: externally it maintained its original characteristics, while inside had been furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style.
The house can welcome up to 10 persons.
At the entrance you will find a spacious room with a big fireplace, a sofa bed and the possibility to add 2 more beds, 1 bathroom with shower and a big kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster,coffee machine). There also is a dining room for 10 persons and a beautiful front garden, where you canl spend your nights baking delicious pizzas and breads and dining with the wonderful Lucca's wines.
On the first level: 4 master bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms with hydromassage showers and a suite with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
Babysitting service, cooking lessons, guided tours, parties, boat and helicopter tours are available on request.
Prices inclusive of: gas and water expenses, linen change (at half week), swimming pool and garden maintainance, half stay and final cleanings, taxes.
Electricity expenses will be charged on consumption.
