Across from the house, our guests will find a 400 sqm fenced garden equipped with a wide gazebo, table, chairs, barbecue and a pool (8 x 4m - depth 1.50m) with umbrella and deck chairs.
The apartment fully develops on the ground floor and composes of: an entrance from where, by means of three steps, you access the fully equipped kitchenette (kitchen stove, microwave, refrigerator), a bath with shower; a corner with a double bed (separated from the living room by a curtain), two armchairs and TV.
The apartment is very cosy, with cellings with exposed timbers and beams, marble floors and other nice details.
